These differences do not constitute a defect or grounds for refund.

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or update shipping rates if necessary. If a significant error is found after purchase, we may contact you for confirmation or cancellation with a full refund.

4. Fulfillment and Shipping

Zoomsy Auto partners with global suppliers to fulfill orders. Processing times and shipping durations may vary depending on product location and carrier conditions.
Once an order is fulfilled and handed to a shipping carrier, responsibility for delays, customs processing, or transit damage lies with the carrier. We assist in resolving issues but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

5. Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped FOB (Free On Board) — risk of loss passes to the customer once the carrier takes possession of the package. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping fees.

6. Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, and content on this site are the property of Zoomsy Auto and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or small claims court within that jurisdiction.
