At Zoomsy Auto, we aim to provide reliable global shipping for every order.
Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, shipping times may vary depending on product and destination.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Once an order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • Changes or cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of purchase; after that, processing begins automatically.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days
    Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, or local holidays.

We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date and cannot issue refunds for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs.

Tracking and Delivery

Tracking information is provided as soon as available.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by carriers.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@zoomsyauto.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
We’ll work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue.
Claims filed after 30 days of delivery cannot be processed.

Incorrect Addresses or Unclaimed Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed parcels may incur a re-shipping fee.
Refunds for such cases are not guaranteed.

Customs and Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Failure to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed by customs authorities, and we cannot issue refunds in such cases.
