At Zoomsy Auto, your satisfaction matters but we also want to ensure a fair process for both customers and our fulfillment partners.
Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Items that show signs of use, physical damage, or missing parts may not qualify for a refund.

Sale or clearance items are non-refundable unless defective.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at support@zoomsyauto.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns or packages returned without approval may not be processed.
Refund Timeline
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll issue an approval notice via email. Refunds are processed promptly through Shopify Payments or your original payment provider. However, the actual timing of the refund may vary depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing schedule (typically 5–15 business days).

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as we begin fulfillment immediately after. If an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.
